We create customized fitness routines specifically for your goals that will provide you with education, accountability, support and guidance to help you be successful on your fitness journey.

Unlock your potential with complimentary personal training at High Point University! Our student trainers are here to help you reach your fitness goals through personalized, one-on-one sessions designed just for you.

We offer two 6-week blocks of personal training each semester, with 3 sessions per week—that’s 18 opportunities to get stronger, feel better, and stay motivated.

Sessions can be scheduled in Slane Student Center or Panther Commons, and all sign-ups are managed through the HPU REC app.
