Millis Hall, built in 1964 and renovated in the Summer of 2007, houses High Point University's four sororities; the women of Alpha Gamma Delta, Kappa Delta, Phi Mu, and Zeta Tau Alpha. Two of the four sororities are represented on each floor while on the first floor there are four lounges, one for each sorority to use as a social gathering and meeting room. Each individual sorority furnishes their own lounges, independent of High Point University. Millis offers free laundry, wireless internet, and common areas with leather furniture.

Each bedroom in Millis is furnished with two bunkable standard twin beds, a dresser, two closets, a built-in desk/table with a chair, miniblinds, and a ceiling fan. Each desk/table serves as a vanity with a mirror and bright "can" lights. Two students share each bedroom and each floor has a traditional hall bathroom.
