Cleaning Your Inbox

Instructions for people who have full mailboxes

If you have received a message in your inbox that your mailbox is full and you are unable to send and receive new emails, it is because you are over the email storage limit. You will need to delete all of your old, unwanted emails. Follow the steps below to clean out your mailbox.

1. Login to webmail.

2. Delete any old, unwanted email from your inbox. If you have several pages of old emails you can delete a page at a time by highlighting the first email at the top of the page. Then, hold down the shift key and click on the last email on the page. All emails on the page should now be highlighted. Press the 'delete' button in the webmail menu to delete all highlighted items.
