The Parents Fund
As a parent or grandparent of a High Point University student, you are now part of a wonderful community that we call the High Point University Family.
Membership in the High Point University family is life long and indeed the bonds among us around the world are extraordinarily strong.
We know that as parents you want your son or daughter to have an enriching and successful college experience.
The Parents Fund is an annual effort that seeks gifts from High Point University parents and grandparents to support undergraduate education. A gift to High Point University advances the arts, the sciences, public service, and more.
Why Give?
Why should parents and grandparents give to High Point University?
Tuition fees only go so far. Your gift will help to retain outstanding faculty and bring guest lecturers to the University; make new library acquisitions possible; purchase laboratory and classroom equipment; make improvements to student facilities; and expand student services. There is a constant need for additional financial resources, with more demands being made each year.
Key areas supported by the Parents Fund include:
• Undergraduate Education
• Freshman Seminars
• Campus Security
• Libraries
• Public Service Programs
• Performing Arts
• Athletics and Student Activities
Matching Gifts
What could be better than a gift to High Point University? A matching gift! Many companies offer programs that match donations made by their employees, directors, employees' spouses, or retirees.
Gifts to the Parents Fund can be designated to the endowment to fund scholarships or may be earmarked for a current need and have an immediate impact on the University.
You can make your gift today with a check payable to HPU Parents Fund. Gifts of stocks, bonds or real estate are also most welcome. For more information please feel welcome to contact:
