Housing Deposits - Returning Students

In order to reserve a room for the 2010 - 2011 academic year, each student must pay a $250.00 housing deposit.  This must be paid on or before January 30, 2010 in order to use our online housing system. 


Please keep a few things in mind:

  •       The housing deposit is not an extra fee – it will be applied to tuition for the fall 2010 semester. (This deposit is refundable through May 1, 2010).

  •       The housing deposit needs to be paid separately from any tuition payments.

  •       This deposit does not apply to any student that will be commuting.

  •       If a student is opting to live off campus, please know that we require all of our students to reside on campus until they have 92 completed credit hours, or commute from their parent’s permanent address.  Any student considering living off campus, should make an appointment in the Office of Student Life.

All housing deposits will need to be paid online. To pay the housing deposit, go to www.highpoint.edu/housing.  You will need to work with your student to have him /her log in to pay the deposit. 



Housing deposits are only refundable through May 1, 2009, and your request must be made in writing.  All requests should be sent to:
