Belk Hall

Mary Irwin Belk Hall was built in 1968 and renovated in 2006 and 2007 and currently home to 54 females and 84 males.  Now, Belk Hall houses a mix of upperclassmen and freshmen however, transitioning into the Fall 2008 year, Belk will be a freshmen only building.  The building accommodates a total of 138 students. 

Layout
Each suite has an entrance from an outside balcony-walkway, four bedrooms, a lounge area and a shared bathroom (each bathroom has two showers, two stalls, and two sinks).  Two students share each room, making a total of eight students sharing a bathroom.  Each room is furnished with two bunkable standard size twin beds, two closets, and a built-in desk unit with drawers, two desk chairs, ceiling fan and carpet.  Like all other buildings on campus, Belk is completely wireless, air conditioned has convenient parking and free laundry facilities
