Mr. Curty has worked in the Academic Services Center at High Point University for twelve years. The main components of his position are coordinating tutorial services and training tutors according to CRLA guidlines as well as coordinating Supplemental Instruction. He is also very involved in the ESL tutoring and Excursions programs. Each semester he teaches the ADV101: Foundations of Academic Success course. Currently, he is a doctoral student in the Leadership Studies Program at North Carolina A&T State University.
Mr. Curty received his undergraduate degree from High Point University in 1993 and Master of Education degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2000. His hobbies include spending quality time with his family (Wendy, Gracie, Alli, and Connor) and going to Yankee Stadium whenever possible.
